All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipping may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you if this happens.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (Not currently available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, but are looking to expand to international buyers as soon as possible.
If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is not available to your location at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
